In 2005, while living in California and running a Fence and Deck construction company in Sacramento, I decided to move back home to the South Shore. I moved home for personal reasons and to get my real estate license. For me, being a real estate agent was simply about buying and selling real estate. And the more I sold, the better off I would be. Or at least I thought.
A few years after moving back home, the real estate market started to crash. It went from booming one day to down in the dumps the next. For me, this was a huge wake-up call. As I watched the market plummet, I quickly realized real estate isn’t just about buying and selling real estate. It’s about much more than that.
I learned two things during this time. First, as a real estate agent, I am a problem solver. It is my job to help relieve the stress of my clients, as well as consult and educate them. Second, I learned is that I am pretty darn good at the first thing. Please know I don’t say that to be cocky or toot my own horn. I say that with great confidence and to assure you that you are working with a real estate agent who can get you over any hump when you work with me.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, you are bound to run into a few speed bumps along the way. For some people, those speed bumps are enough to throw them off course. But for me, it’s when I am at my absolute best. For me, there is nothing better than resolving a crisis. This is because I have the uncanny ability to remain calm and cool, no matter what the situation may be. As your real estate agent, I will make sure the process is as stress-free as possible. If there is a problem, I will solve it. And you can trust that I will always act in your best interest.
I specialize in various property types, including SS, NEW, LUX, FP, RELO, BB, INV, and FIRST. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) and a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). This basically means I have the tools, training, and experience to help you purchase or sell a home.
